Hello doctor, age 22 my height is 5.3 i need to grow taller atleast 2 to 3inch. I am feeling uncomfortable withmy height. I dnt get much respect in the society .please provide me a solution.

Respect in society doesn't depend on ones height. You should get out of that complex. Practically there is no way one can increase height at this age as the bones get fused.
