Doctor I am 18 years old and I want to increase my height which is only 5' 7 I went to gym I my height is stuck but at this time I am not going for gym please help

hi don't get confused, after 18 years males cannot gain a drastic increase in height, still there is a little increase in height. it can be treated if there is an underlying cause for your height problem. don't worry 5'7 is normal, if you still think its abnormal, consult a physician
