Dear Sir/mam My height is 165 cm I want to increase my height up-to 160 cm right now I am 25 years old please guide me what should I do.

Height cannot be increased at your age. Please don't attempt any medicine, nothing will work. Doesn't want to hurt you but being truthful as I should be being a doctor. Just the right advise.
