How to activate pituitary gland to release HGH and increase height? Any suggestions for supplements would also be helpful.

Sorry at At 21 years your skeletal growth is complete you will not gain height now so please don’t waste your money and time It can only be increased by limb lengthening surgical procedure which is not indicated in you if you are a normal height for your age

Not recommended as the height growth if at all need not necessary to be equal. If you still want to try do it in consultation with a endocrinologist. For females around 11-12 years and males probably 14-16 years after checking the state of epiphyseal growth plate.

After completion of growth, the growth plates of bones are also closed. Hormones will NOT increase height after that. GH helps only if there is deficiency during childhood. Taking GH now wont change anything. May have negative effects
