Am having severe  pain in my heel bone for the past 4 yrs . If not standing also the pain exist .. took xray there is small bone growing .. Will heel spur bone grow

Calcaneal spur or a heel spur is a bony growth of the heel bone. Most of the time it is an incidental finding and need not be treated until ascertained that it is the cause of pain in the heel.
