Hello sir, there are many reasons for heel pain to occur. Your question has very little information in it. Like, since when the pain is, is it in both the heels or only one, etc. Anyways, the most common reason of heel pain is calcaneal spur (a tiny bony projection in the heel bone), considering your age, this is what i suspect it to be. Nothing to worry its one of the common musculoskeletal (related to bones and muscles) condition in general population. Need to take xray to confirm this. If confirmed, few physiotherapy sessions of ultrasound and some stretching exercises will do wonders for you. So, visit a physiotherapist nearby as soon as possible. I hope this helps, feel free to ask more about this. Thank you, take care.
