Backside of my heels are paining...a reddish area appeared there and I can't walk properly The pain is severe in the morning and it eventually less pain in the evening. Same with both legs Can't understand what is the problem.

Hi the pain due to inflammation and if u have flat foot then heel pain will be there. So visit near, by ortho doctor.
