My son gets heel pain when we runs refer the doctor to whom i contact or any specific type of doctor for heel treatment.

Heel pain at 12 years is uncommon. If he’s obese, he needs to lose weight. Or there might be a stress fracture. Please consult an orthopedic surgeon and get some X-rays done.
