Suffering from heel pain for last 4 months Kindly let me know the available treatment Whether operation or any injectable treatment is available

Most probably its planter facsitis. Avoid standing for long hrs, keep foot wear soft, use silicone heal pad, avoid walking bare feet, get serum uric acid done, do hot fomentation. If these things dont help and visit an ortho surgeon. Physio, injection and surgery are all options.
