Over the past month I've been having a sharp sudden pain in the left side of my chest at the top out of nowhere....But these past two days my chest feels tight and I became light headed today... I've never had heart problems before...but I did suffer with Asthma a long time ago... When I breathe in I can feel the tightness...? what this could be?
