I have been experiencing a kind of heavy headed ness whole day which reduce a bit after lunch. Not due is dizziness or heavy headed ness. Feel bloated stomach during that time. Consulted doctors. No remedy. Based on blood test have vitamin b12 deficiency and took rejuneuron injection. Under medication for bp
