I feel tightness around my head all the time.
Difficulty in sleeping and concentrating.Feels muscle tension at back of my neck and shoulders. I am suffering from last 1 year. I have tried many remedies but not feeling well.
Start with a daily routine and follow it.
Daily walks and exercises.
Hydration
Lots of veggies
Relaxation exercises like deep breathing
Meditation
Avoid mobile and Tv 1 hour prior to sleep
Read a favourite book or listen to soothing music.
