Heavy bleeding with heavy clots

Last year, I had a miscarriage for my 1st pregnancy. Miscarriage didn't occur naturally so took tablets but everything was not cleared so D&C was performed. After that procedure, the first 1-2 months had normal periods. But the next 3rd month(oct) had heavy bleeding with clots for 3 weeks. Consulated doc here, prescribed antibiotics suspecting inflammation. Took tablets and the bleeding stopped. Done blood tests - low iron & ultrasound came out normal. No periodsin November. In Dec, took iron infusion. And No periods in Dec & Jan. In Feb heavy bleeding started with heavy clots. It has been almost 2weeks now but no sign of decrease in the amount of bleeding. Can anyone please help me in diagnosing what could be the issue for such heavy bleeding and clots?
