Heaviness In Lower Abdomen And lower bac

Since a week I'm having a heaviness in my lower Abdomen . And mild lower back pain more towards left which is not persistent. I'm passing lots of gas. Also had slight burning sensation while urinating and am taking tonic for UTI. Had a urine test to check for UTI but reports say normal. I also dint get my period for last 13 months ever since my delivery and am still feeding my baby.

Periods cn b delayed in lactation phase definitely.. however if you have been sexually active it is advisable to do a urine pregnancy test to be very short that you are not pregnant ... as far as your urine infection is concerned you need to drink lots of water and we have to do urine culture and sensitivity test to rule out any bacterial infection
