  4. Heart tired. Tell me what shud i do now?

I feel as if heart is tired and suffocated.... I can't stand or do any activity without feeling weary and tired. My heart rate shoots up easily I just had 2 sandwiches n now I feel increased palpiations... As of heart sinking down to stomach I had echo in October where my ef was 60% n everything was normal.. Cardiologist has recommended vitamin d shots n some multivitamin.. I wanted repeat echo done as I need to go for wedding for 10/15 days n wanted peace of mind but doctor said no need to repeat so early Plz tell me what shud I do now?

Consult Now
Its not heart only for the feeling of tired and suffocated. If ecg and echo are normal heart is ok.

No need to repeat Echo. Yoir symptoms are anxiety related
