Heart rate increase after a meal

Hello , my name is Aryan and my age is 24. When I have a meal, my heart rate increase, it may be under 90. Average resting heart rate is 65-72 and after meal it may increase to 90. ECG and echo is done , they both are normal. But I am anxious about this thing. Should I visit gastroenterologist?

Hello Aryan Hope ur doing well After meals heart rate will increase slightly Normal heart rate is between 60 to 100/ min IF with in this considered to be normal So u don't worry
