Heart palpitations

Have been having heart palpitations for the past week and a half, on and off, and currently the heart has one stronger beat every 3-4 beats, only when I'm sitting down or not being really heavily active. It stops when I'm doing a physical activity of any kind.

Looks like you are having ventricular ectopic. Which may or may not be associated with heart disease at your age. It could even be related to some systemic illnesses like anemia or thyroid problem. You need to see a cardiologist, have ECG eccho and if necessary have holter monitoring done. Based on the result cardiologist will decide if arrhythmia is significant and if it needs treatment and further evaluation or is benign thing and doesn't require any treatment other than symptoms
Next Steps
Visit a cardiologist or physician
Health Tips
Generally will be non specific and doesn't require treatment. can occasionally manifest as part of other disease and may need treatment.
