Sir , i hv been experiencing heart palpitation from last 6 months , the symptoms are pounding and fast heart beat sometimes... Is it because of chronic stress or anxiety ?

Hi..Your palpitations may be related to anxiety.But yes a detailed examination and ECG is mandatory to rule out other causes. If needed a holter study may be needed.
