Sir doing pain in left chest since seven months ecg dones every one weak all ecg is normal, and lipid profile also normal, 2d echo is normal, chest x ray was also normal doing pain no comes sweating... Heart problem s detected test enough for this test like ecg, echo, lipid, chest x ray this are enough detected heart problems??? Sir plzz say
