Hello there, Greetings. How much physical exercise is advised per day for healthy working of all organs.. Can 30 mins brisk walk everyday in the evening is sufficient? Thnx

Yes the minimum recommended exercise is at least 30 minutes per day for at least 5 days a week including either jogging or swimming or brisk walk or cycling
