Please do not worry, it is a easly manageble issue. kindly avoid too much stress. Have your breakfast, lunch and dinner at time,have a good sleep, have your meal 1:30 to 2:00 hours before bed time. Take lot of fruits, vegitables to your diet and switch over to bland diet . Avoid spicy food, oily or oil fried foods, sweets and salty . I suggest you to avoid taking pan 40 during the first trimester. Consult your nearest obstetrician.
