Heart beat variation!

Hello docs! My sleeping heart rate is 55 bpm My resting heart rate is 80-100 bpm My waking heart rate is 100-120 bpm My brisk walking heart rate is 130-160bpm I m 26 year old with desired cholesterol level and bmi is 22.5 with normal blood pressure and echo! Having this much variation in heartbeat is normal? Thanks

Yes it's a normal variation. Nothing to worry. Heart rate is supposed to go down during rest and supposed to go up during exertion.

there is nothignt o panic--- heart rate will fluctuate  during day time// walking// running// and. will be down at the time is sleeping--- this is normal---- dont worry
