Your resting HR is very high,a detailed history, particularly excessive amount of tea or coffee consumption or Red bull. Are you smoker or Manikchand eater  all these can contribute to your present suffering . How many hours you sleep. Please show to Physician

Your ECG and echo reports are normal. But your complaints look significant. You have to get a 24hr ECG monitoring (Holter) to see whether any heart beat irregularities are seen or to assess PVC burden although the ECG you uploaded doesnt show any PVC except increased heart rate. We can suggest some medication based on Holter monitoring.

Hello, Occasional PVC is a normal phenomenon. Your echo is normal but your ecg shows high heart rate. This could be related to anxiety or some thyroid disorders. Take care. Stay safe.

The symptoms you have narrated along with the reports attached seem to be related to extra heart beats and often a benign condition. Some measures are of help like: avoiding excess of coffee/tea, quit smoking, relaxation techniques like deep breathing exercises, adequate sleep, stress management. If still symptoms persist, may need medicines from the group called beta blockers, I suggest you to consult for that.
