Heart beat problem

For the last three days, I have the pain in chest & left upper side shoulder.I m nervous of heart attack.Also having problem of little bit of breathing.Any remedy to correct this situation. Looking forward for your all your blessing. I don't smoke & drink, also not having previous health issues.
