It doesnt mean every one will have scad.It is slightly common in women mostly after pregnancy ,female sex hormones like estrogen and progesterone, and extreme physical or emotional stress might be the reason.And most of the patients will do well even though there is dissection.Medical managment is quite okay unless underlying complications persist.If so doctor advises PTCA.Consult nearby cardiologist make sure you are done with basic investigation ECG,ECHo.CAG is gold standard

Yes stress makes one more prone to heart issues, besides that over weight, high blood pressure, family history of heart problems, diabetes, lack of excercise are all contributing factors
