I have been experiencing back pain just behind heart. I sometimes have pain in my heart along with pain in arm and left ear. I'm currently under spironolactone and metformin for PCOS.

Your symptoms does not suggest it cardiac pain and in your age generally artery blockage problem does not occur so don't need to worry
