Hi I have more than 80 db loss in right ear and 10 db loss in left ear. Am I eligible for applying for PWD certificate?

Hearing loss and disability is calculated after assessment of your ear and examining pure tone audiogram reports. Usually in unilateral profound hearing loss disability won't be severe enough to be eligible for disability certificate
