Hello, i feel i am unable to hear sometimes while speaking to someone. I use to ask them to repeat please suggest. I don't understand

Hearing impairment can have multiple reasons from trivial issue like wax impaction to more complex problem like weakness of the inner ear or hearing nerve. The duration of hearing impairment is important. If it's for 2-3 days and is of Sensorineural type you need prompt effective treatment which can completely recover your hearing.

You need Pure tone audiometry test to check the hearing loss present or not and what is the type of hearing loss (if present).
