I started gaining weight and last week started going for aerobic so need some guidance on how to manage the healthy food habit and inclusion and exclusion on food to avoid for weight gain as I stayed in pg so it's difficult to manage so need you intervation and guidance for my food habit in healthy and simple ways.

For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : Maintain meal gaps of not more than 3hrs. To boost up your metabolism and helps in weight loss. Include barley tea and dandelion tea in your diet. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. Walk at least 10-12k steps in a day. Drink 3-4lts of water per day.

To lose weight the healthy way, you need to ensure your Indian diet plan is balanced i.e. it covers all food groups and provides all the nutrients you need necessary for good health.A balanced diet consisting of macronutrients like carbohydrates, protein, and fat along with micronutrients such as vitamins and minerals, is recommended. You can start your day with a detox water.skimmed milk / paneer should be included.you can also have fat free yogurt , mixed vegetables, in case you are a non vegetarian fish, eggs, lean chicken are also best options for protein intake.
