Hi I can only provide you random tip or random plan here as I don't know about time schedule, diet schedule and medical history of your mother. And these tips can harm you without one to one discussion so I would recommend you not to follow any random tips or random plan and take a personalized plan for your mother according to your mother likes and dislikes time schedule and medical history and requirement. As see as she suffering from  medical issue so she need to learn it for lifelong so learn according to her lifestyle. I would recommend to have a one to one counselling session with me. I work online globally visit is not compulsory you can have online or telephonic consultation also Meet a Dietician/Nutritionist for personalized diet plan Eat healthy!! Stay Healthy !! As it's the body in which you have to live in!
