I get angry very soon,cant control my anger,and abuse,and sometimes non violence toin myself,and sometimes to my children's,I am always tense and depressed from last many years but I haven't consult a psycharist,but my anger is too much now my head aches every time wenevee I am angry,for small things I get frustrated, and angry plz help
