Have got weak eye muscles and hence headcahes for2 months. Doctor gave me glasses for -0. 25 recently. Neuro gave me diva Od500. Is it ok

Please undergo a cycloplegic refraction and then check for fusion amplitudes on synoptophore. You may require fusion training also called convergence exercises. Importantly develop good reading habits and do near work in adequate light!!
