Been getting headaches at least once or twice a week ever since I can imagine. Located temporally both sides. Progressive. Non radiating. Usually get it due to less sleep or skipped meals or sunlight. Relieved on ibuprofen or paracetamol.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Could be due to migraine issues. Get it checked out by a neurophysician in person for further evaluation and management. Don't take unnecessary medicines which won't help. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
