I have headache continuously from 1 week ,in particular I experience more headache when I run,bend or move.I have been taking Saradon since 3 days,but no improvement,pls suggest what medication I can follow

A recent onset of the headache  which lasts for a few days needs to be evaluated.Headche could be due to sinusitis,eyes ,or vascular or hypertension.Consult with a general physician in your area for clinical examination and referral to the specialist accordingly.

Dear patient Continuous headache on movements (especially of neck ) can be related to cervicalgia Proper history is needed regarding sinusitis , refraction errors ,cervical spondylitis, sleeping postures  etc
Next Steps
use any muscle relaxants(diclofenac/acelofenac)  with acetaminophen/parecetamol of any good brand eg movexx plus by cipla nicoace plus by abbott fastnac by Lupin

have this after food bd for 3 days any good antacid needs to be taken early morning on empty stomach
