I have clear sticky mucus release from my throat. And sometimes one nose congested. And a one side upper eye brow headache..my head hurts that side when i bend.. how to cure that...

It could be sinusitis.. Try steam inhalation.. Avoid dust  cold  smoke as much as possible.. If not better,let's discuss
