Sleep is very essential for a person's day to day functioning. Atleast 6-8 hrs of uninterrupted sleep refreshes the human body and mind. As you have mentioned, your headache is due to lack of good night's sleep. Sleep problems arise in the middle age due to different problems which has to be evaluated . Balanced food, physical exercise, less of coffee or tea will favour a good night's sleep. Please get the help of a psychiatrist to revive your sleep back
