Headache pain in neck and eyes

Experiencing pain starting behind the head spreading towards the eyes and forehead then the pain spread all over and gives stiffness to shoulder muscle. Since being mom of 2 years kid pain is getting severe when ever indulging at baby care n during my daily routine. Wat could b d reason of pain and suggest remedy.

You are not taking proper sleep may be because of tension and worries. Take analgesic  if no relief take xray or contact through online

Itz muscular pain due to over exertion Tak tab flexin MR two times  a day after meals.the pain will go away

It can be due to over stress and strain and also due to dehydration.. you have to rest well, drink plenty of fluids . Take muscle relaxant if required. You can consult for further advice too..
