Im having constant headache on top of heas since a week..sometimes im breathless and my hands, feet and jaws get numb . I sometimes have low bp . Sometimes high. Sometime the headache is too much to bear. I feel choked up and feel like i'm abour to die.

Consult some neurologist or general physician.. Without proper diagnosis you can't get relief.
