I have severe body ache and had fever since the last 2 days. My head is paining from the centre severely . What should i do?

Hello.. Well I would suggest you to take paracetamol 500 mg thrice a day for 2 days..And make sure that you take 8-10 glasses of water..Inspite of that if the fever and other symptoms doesn't subside...Meet a physician and get blood tests done ..Thank you
