Headache, muscle tension

Dear doctor, i m having headche since last 10 year, i feel its a muscle tension headache..i.e what allopathy doctor said, i took some nerve pain relief medicine it was working but my schedule got disturb coz of that...i do brisk walk..it help me..but now having a bit knee problem...i need permanent cure..can u help me

Dear friend,probably u r suffering from Tension Headache. So pain killer wl not help, u need anxiolytic along with medicines specific for that kind of headache ,nt pain killer. Ur psychiatirst can prrscribe it. No need to worry, it wl b all right. Best wishes.

It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well.... Rest and relax. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on.....
