I would suggest you start meditation atleast once day for 15mins which would help you focus and concentrate. Also I would advice you to learn breathing techniques for anxiety which I would suggest you practice before you go to sleep, which will help you get into a deep sleep state and improve the quality of your sleep.

try this for a week and it shall gradually show effect. For the headache and other burning sensations etc, if things don't seem to improve in a week. consult a physician soon.
