  4. Headache issue. Reason/remedy i can try?

Headache issue

I have been experimenting headache in 3-4 days specially between and around eyebrow region. My routine: I do have work hours from 12 pm to 9.30pm where I need to use laptop(IT professional) I do wake up late in the morning around 11 and sleep by 1 am at night. I am eating home food mostly. What could be the reason/remedy I can try?
