Having mild headaches back of my head since last 10-15days. It relieves after taking paracetamol but come back after some days. Also noticed my BP is low since morning 97/68. Please suggest.

In my view for a young male of 40 years the BP should be at least 120/80. But that might be error of digital BP machine. Please measure it again
