I have power in both of my eyes, but I don use glasses regularly.. I use only while reading.. will that be the reason for my eye ear pain n headache

Hello There are many causes of headache like sinusitis, migraine etc Irregular use of glasses is one reason also I would recommend you to use glasses You can share your glasses prescription so that I may guide you better Regards

yes if you have been prescribed glasses for regular use the you must use them regularly.
