Headache in chicken pox

I have been diagnosed with chicken pox 3 days back. Since yesterday, I am experiencing head ache in the right back side, which is not continuous pain. It occurs for 2 seconds and go away. Its happening again and again. Is it normal ? Also, I am on medication.

Drink plenty of water with ORS. Viral infection cause dehydration. Can take paracitamol.
