I am having Headache from last 4 days & one of my colleague diagnosed by corona positive.should i take corona test or take general headache medicine

If you're around people who are susceptible to getting severe infection(elderly, diabetics, etc.), you should get tested to make sure your'e isolating and not hurting others. Otherwise, trying dolo or simple PCM for headache and self-isolation for 7 days should be more than enough.
