I keep getting this terrible headache which is normally one sided and when it reaches a cute status I have to drink water and vomit. It's too bitter. And at the last a big lump of harsh bitter vomit. After a bit of rest my headache would be completely gone. Used normally happen when I have late breakfast but now this is becoming frequent

Headache with vomiting shouldn't be taken lightly . I think you should consult internist he may give you treatment and probably some test or ct scan or MRI. You shouldn't procrastinate for treatment and consultation
