Hi i am having a fever, headache and cold from about 3 to 4 days. Sometimes all the problem goes away abd suddenly come back. Please Give me some suggestions about mt problem

HELLO, IF FEVER OFF N ON THANGO FOR TEST BLOOD FOR CBC WITH. ESR. WIDAL TEST FOR TYPHOID PF, PV FOR MALARIA. URINE TEST FOR COMPLETE N MICROSCOPIC. TAB PARACETAMOL 500 THREE TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD. AFTER TEST IF ANYTHING IS POSITIVE WE CAN ADD  ANTIBIOTIC. PLENTY OF LIQUIDS. Juice FRUITS. Ok.
