It is better to consult with a General Physician in your area who can examine you physically.  Troublesome Headache with fever in a 22 years old male should not be ignored.

Temperature charting . Take paracetamol 650 mg when ever you have fever 100 or more than 100 °F  or when you have severe headache. Drink plenty of water to keep your self hydrated. If fever stays for more than 3 days then consult.
