Before 5-6 I was admitted in hospital due to dengu fever with report Dengu NS1 positive Dengu IgM negative Dengu lgG Negative But sometimes headache is happening from starting of fever to during & now after the treatment of dengu fever, fever has gone before 6-7 days & I have been discharged from hospital since 4-5 days but headache still happening & also acidity, please tell best advice & medicine for this types of headache, no relief from this till now? Please reply sir

Headache and body pain/weakness is common after dengue fever. Drink plenty of fluids 3-4 litre per day . Drink ors /coconut water for maintaining electrolytes. Avoid eating spicy and oily food . Headache and bodyache is usually common after dengue fever. Take plenty of fluids….take coconut water 4-5 times/week. Drink atleast 3 litres of water daily. Avoid heavy meals it may trigger your gastritis/acidity. Avoid painkillers for headache. If it persists and becomes unbearable take tab dolo. (SOS)
